As the weather permits, we will ask all our children to go our garden area to do our morning yoga exercise, and to experience nature’s beauty: The smell of the air, the feel of the wind, the sound of bird.

​​Japanese Lesson

In our Japanese lessons, children not only learn speaking and writing skills, but also develop key abilities like literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking, using custom-designed materials. We introduce traditional elements like Haiku (俳句), Shodou (書道), and reading (読み), helping children connect with Japanese culture.

Our SkyCrest Reading program exposes kids to a variety of stories, including classic tales like The Bamboo Princess (竹取物語), folktales, nursery rhymes, and even philosophical sayings. Some of these stories are uniquely Japanese, while others are not, encouraging children to think critically and respect diverse perspectives. This approach helps children develop critical thinking skills, making them better prepared for complex topics like philosophy as they grow older.

​​Life & Science・ライフサイエンス

Life & Science is an original program at SkyCrest International School, where children explore the wonders of life and the excitement of science through hands-on experiments and experiences. Supervised by a medical doctor, this program covers foundational sciences such as chemistry, physics, and biology, as well as applied fields like medicine, engineering, and agriculture. It incorporates cutting-edge content and sometimes even uses tools like microscopes, making learning both fun and educational.

These experiences not only stimulate children's intellectual curiosity but also provide practical knowledge for daily life. More importantly, they lay a crucial foundation for children to excel in various fields around the world in the future. Additionally, the program naturally encourages children to reflect on their own identities, fostering self-awareness. This curriculum helps children understand themselves, respect others, and value teamwork and diversity.

In addition to programs that involve direct physical movement, we provide opportunities for children to express their abundant talents and creativity in a relaxed, fun environment. Whether it's painting, creating original works on various themes, or making beautiful music together, we offer many opportunities for creative expression across different artistic fields.

Our goal is not only to promote physical activity but also to foster children's independence, decision-making skills, and spatial awareness in a natural, enjoyable setting. All of these programs are overseen by a medical doctor to ensure they contribute to the well-rounded development of the children.
